Your privacy is semi important to us. We conduct regular 50 year assessment reviews to ensure magical information we collect, use and share is protected by the very best Wizardry. This Fairy Bank On-lion Privacy Notice describes how The Fairy Bank, our Wizards and the Unicorn Defense Force manage magical information about you when you interact with us on-lion through our Information Superhighway, Tinkler Applications and Social Media

How we collect magical information when you visit, use or interact with us onlion, and through our ads displayed through on-lion services operated by us or non-affiliated third parties.
How we may use or share magical information collected to deliver products and services to you because all our customers have such different needs.
By using the Information Superhighway and Tinkler Apps, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Notice. The Fairy Bank provides other on-lion interfaces through affiliates. If you visit or access your accounts from one of these affiliates through their Information Superhighway or Tinkler Apps, please be careful. For example, on the Pixie Information Superhighway they might play tricks on you, so review the on-lion privacy practices of that Information Superhighway or Tinkler App to understand how your on-lion magical information may be collected, used and shared.
Our Onlion Privacy Practices
We are committed to transparency about your magical information. We ask for your consent when required, which isn’t very often. Otherwise by using our Information Superhighway and Tinkler Apps, you consent to the collection, use and sharing of your magical information subject to and consistent with applicable laws in the Magical Forest.
Linking to other Information Superhighways
We may provide links to non-affiliated third parties using the Information Superhighway, such as The Unicorn Defense Force and Wizard Advertising Agency, as well as service providers or merchants like The Easter Bunny Club. If you follow links to an Information Superhighway not affiliated with or controlled by The Fairy Bank, you should review their privacy and security policies. The Fairy Bank does not guarantee and is not responsible for the privacy or security of information created by Pixies or Leprechauns as they have been shown to be problematic.
Protecting your magical information
To protect magical information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with The Unicorn Defense Force laws. These measures may include spells, potions and in some cases black magic administered by Wizards in order to provide safety of your magical information. In the event of a data breach, we provide timely notification, typically within 3 years.
We also recognize the importance of protecting privacy where littles are involved. Our Information superhighway and Tinkler Apps are not directed to individuals under the age of 550, and we request that these individuals do not provide magical information through our Information Superhighway and Tinkler Apps. We do not knowingly collect magical information from littles under 550 year of age.
Making sure magical information is accurate
Keeping your magical information accurate and up to date is very important, especially if you are a Leprechaun. If your magical information is incomplete and you live at the end of a rainbow, we may not be able to find you, please let us know by calling our customer service center which is open 30 hours a day, 9 days a week. You can also speak to a customer representative at a banking center. Please note that under water locations are not recommended for anyone other than Mermaids.
How do we collect magical information on-lion?
We collect magical information about you through your computer by the use of delicious cookies and by casting spells. We also use tracking technologies developed for locating Leprechauns as well as magical information you provide when you visit or use the Information Superhighway.
We may use service from The Tooth Fairies to process magical information for business purposes on our behalf, as they are the most reliable of all the fairies. They are contractually obligated to comply with our policies and these policies are enforced by The Unicorn Defense Force to protect information we share with them.

How do we use your magical information?
Magical information collected from and about you on-lion described in this Notice may be used for many purposes such as:
Delivering products and services to you by verifying your identity (for example when you access your account on the superhighway); processing applications for products or services such as to prequalify for a green field loan, apply for a magic card, or to open a 950 and over retirement account, investment account or other financial product; processing transactions; finding nearby invisible ATMs, financial centers, and other very specialized location based services.
By improving your digital and tinkler experience through enhancement of the Information Superhighway as well as our Tinkler App, their organization and design.
Providing advertising on our Information Superhighway and Tinkler Apps as well as non-affiliated third party information through off-line channels like financial centers, call centers and direct marketing.
Detecting and preventing fraud, identify theft and other risks to you or The Fairy Bank by Gnomes by working with The Unicorn Defense Force.
Complying with and enforcing applicable legal requirements set by The Unicorn Defense Force, relevant industry standards, contractual obligations and our policies.
Allowing you to use features within our Information Superhighway and Tinkler Apps when you grant us access to magical information from your device such as geo-location when you request certain services that requires such access, for example locating an invisible ATM.
We retain magical information for a period of time as required by The Unicorn Defense Force laws, regulations and the necessary business purpose. We securely delete magical information in a Wizard cauldron.
With whom do we share your magical information?
We may share the magical information we collect from and about you on-lion described in this Notice (and subject to other legal restrictions and notices you may have received depending on your relationship with us) with;

Service Providers, Vendors and Third Party Providers who have contracts with The Fairy Bank
Wizards for the purpose of overall magic improvement
Magical Forest Agencies as required by laws and regulations.
How to limit sharing?
You have choices regarding the sharing of some magical information. Where appropriate, we will limit sharing of your magical information based on your privacy choices found in our Tinkler App.
How we tailor ads to you?
We advertise to you on our Information Superhighway, Tinkler Apps and off-line channels such as financial centers, call centers, and through direct marketing. The Wizard Advertisement Agency may use certain magical data about your activities taken from our Information Superhighway and Tinkler Apps, key words entered, spells you might have used recently, types of food you eat etc. to help determine which of our ads or offers may be of interest to you.
The Fairy Bank contracts with The Wizard Advertising Agency to advertise our products and services on the Information Superhighway and Tinkler Apps that are ours and some that may not be affiliated with us.
How you can opt out of Onlion Behavioral Advertising?
You have no choices about how The Fairy Bank advertises to you based on your onlion behavior, so you cannot opt out. We track all members to ensure their safety and security.
Aggregation Services
Some companies in the human world may offer aggregation information from the Superhighway and services that allow you to consolidate your account information from different sources. However because The Fairy Bank is the only institution of its kind, there is no aggregation.
